Certificate prospects can choose mid course to progress with the Diploma, or can get the Certificate and top up the credits with the Diploma work and achieve that certification.
Individuals complete the same 3 necessary systems as in the Certificate however also complete a prolonged period of mentoring or executive coaching-- an overall of 60 hours practice is needed for the Diploma.
